Egloshayle is situated on the banks of the River Camel in the Deanery of Trigg Minor and Hundred of Trigg. It is bordered by St Minver and St Kew to the north, St Mabyn and Helland to the east, Bodmin to the south and St Breock (from which it is separated by the River Camel) to the west. In 1898, the two civil parishes united to form the Wadebridge Urban Council which continued in existence until 1934.
A tribute to those brave people of Cornwall who served or laid down their lives in both World Wars and subsequent conflicts.
