Egloskerry is situated in the Deanery of Trigg Major and Hundred of East. It is bordered by the River Ottery to the north (which separates it from North Petherwin), St Stephen-by-Launceston and St Thomas-by-Launceston to the east, Trewen and Laneast to the south and Laneast and Tresmere to the west. The parish is about 5 miles south-west of Launceston and, besides the churchtown, consists of the village of Egloskerry. Hamlets include Tregeare, Badharlick, and Trebeath.
