Menheniot is situated in the Deanery and Hundred of East. It is bordered by St Cleer and St Ive to the north, Quethiock and St Germans to the east and Morval and Liskeard to the south and west. The parish lies east of the town of Liskeard. It is intersected by the River Seaton on the south side and bordered by the River Tiddy to the north. The village of Menheniot is about 2 miles south-east of Liskeard close to the main railway line to the west of Cornwall. The main villages are Menheniot, Crift Cottages, Pengover Green and Merrymeet.
