Perranarworthal is situated in the Deanery and Hundred of Kerrier. It is bordered by Kea to the north, Restronguet Creek and Mylor to the east, St Gluvias and Stithians to the south and Gwennap to the west. The parish contains the ancient village of Perranwell while the other village of note is Perran Wharf.
