Trewen is situated in the Deanery of Trigg Minor and Hundred of East. It is bordered by Egloskerry to the north, St Thomas-by-Launceston to the east, South Petherwin and Lewannick to the south and Altarnun and Laneast to the west. The only other village is Piper’s Pool.
